It is an interesting image and I like the light coming through the branches. That is the strongest part of the image. The left and right sides are lacking. You could find some way to activate them or just crop the image down to the central area.
This looks like a good starting point to me. Like mentioned above, I also am responding to the light shining through the branches; it is interesting and could be pushed further, but careful not to engulf your composition in it as well.
This is the one on the contact sheet below i liked the best. Much more open to interpretation than the other images. Grace, you still have not talked about what it means. We need to critique your concept now, before you get too far into it. Clarify your idea and post your thoughts asap please.
I would try to create a main focal point within the composition, I'm not really sure what exactly to look at or what it's really saying to me.
